Completing the audit task

All audit assignments will appear in the Tasks tab.

To complete an audit, follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down and click the Tasks tab, then click the small Conduct Audit link.

  2. On the Conduct Audit page, click the Complete this Audit link in the upper-right corner.

  3. On the Complete Task page, choose a name from the Audited By drop-down.

  4. Type in a Findings Summary.

  5. If applicable, check the Has exceptions? Box.

  6. Type in an Actions Taken Summary.

  7. Choose an Audit Date and Report Date.

  8. Optionally, choose a Completed On date.

  9. Optionally, you can add walkthrough statements (if shown on the page). These statements will be available in the Mobile app—to be marked as an exception, conformity, or not applicable.

  10. Click the Submit report button to submit the report and finalize the audit.

A confirmation message will appear, and the completed audit task will appear in the Activity tab of the audit page. Using the links on the right, you can add attachments to the audit task and export the summary information to a PDF.
