Events Dashboard

On the Events dashboard, you can import an event, export an event, and filter the events list.

Import an event

Importing an event involves downloading and completing a CSV template. The template is editable in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet programs.

On the Events dashboard, click the Event Import link in the upper-right corner. Then, on the Import page, click the small link in the upper-right corner to download the template file. Open this file in a spreadsheet application. 

In the template, do the following:

  1. Type information for one event in a single row and then move onto the next row. Each row is a new event.

  2. Save the file to your computer.

  3. Back on the Event Import page, click the Choose File button and locate the template file you recently saved.

  4. To create a task that corresponds to the events in the import, choose Yes in the Include Task for Event? drop-down. Complete the form.

  5. Click the Import button at the bottom of the page.

Export an event

Use the links on the right side of the page to export the event list to a report in PDF, XLS, or CSV format.

Filter the events list

On the right-side of the Events page, click the links to filter the events list by many criteria, including:

  • Organization

  • Facility

  • Area

  • Department

  • Third Party Location
