On the Events dashboard, you can import an event, export an event, and filter the events list.
Importing an event involves downloading and completing a CSV template. The template is editable in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet programs.
On the Events dashboard, click the Event Import link in the upper-right corner. Then, on the Import page, click the small link in the upper-right corner to download the template file. Open this file in a spreadsheet application.
In the template, do the following:
Type information for one event in a single row and then move onto the next row. Each row is a new event.
Save the file to your computer.
Back on the Event Import page, click the Choose File button and locate the template file you recently saved.
To create a task that corresponds to the events in the import, choose Yes in the Include Task for Event? drop-down. Complete the form.
Click the Import button at the bottom of the page.
Use the links on the right side of the page to export the event list to a report in PDF, XLS, or CSV format.
