Manage an assessment definition

To manage an assessment definition, click the Definitions button on the Assessments page. Click the Manage Definitions link on the right and then click on a definition in the list.


The Definition page displays summary information at the top, the list of questions below, and a number of links on the right side of the page.



Edit general information

Click the Edit General Information link on the right side of the page to display the general information form. After making changes here, scroll to the bottom and click the Submit button. Click Cancel to discard your changes.


Manage Attachments

To add an attachment, click the Manage Attachments link on the right side of the page. Next, drag-and-drop files from your computer or click the Choose a file button to choose specific files.


Edit questions

Editing questions in this context means that you can remove questions from an assessment definition. 


Follow these steps to remove questions: 

  1. Click the Edit Questions link in the top-right of the page.
  2. Check the box at the very top of the table to clear the check marks for all of the questions. Review the questions list and check the boxes for one or more questions that you want to remove.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click the Submit button. Click the Cancel link to leave the question set unchanged.


Add a comment

To add a comment, scroll to the bottom of the page, click the Comments tab, type in a comment, and click the Post button. Uncheck the boxes to indicate how you want to notify the users in the list.





Export an assessment definition

Use the links on the right side of the page to export the assessment definition to PDF, XLS, or CSV format.



Delete an assessment definition

To delete a definition, click the Delete link on the right side of the page. In the popup alert window, click OK to acknowledge that deletion is unrecoverable and that the deletion includes all assessments and information related to the definition.
