Start an assessment

After the assessment has been set up, the assignee can start the assessment.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Assessments module and locate the assessment. Click the small drop-down arrow and then click the Start item in the menu.

  2. On the next page, you’ll see the first question in the assessment. Notice the two tabs at the top, Question and Rule Reference. Review the Rule Reference tab to get information that will help you answer the question. On the Question tab, choose the Answer (or type in the answer), and optionally add any Notes that you want to capture.

  3. Click the Attachments link to display a popup window in which you can upload a local file or add one or more attachments from the Document Library (check one or more boxes on the left side of the list).

  4. Optionally, click the small drop-arrow for Tasks to display a popup in which you can add a task.

  5. Click the Next button to move on to the next question.
  6. Continue through the questions, and monitor your progress on the right side of the page. There, you can see the list of upcoming questions.
  7. To save your progress and exit the assessment, click the Save and Exit link.
